Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Head of Client Relationship Management for North America, based in New York. You will lead the regional CRM organization responsible for client relationship excellence, retention and revenue growth across the US and Canada, driving the CRM model and senior engagement.

You will collaborate with Sales, Ops, Product and Finance to deliver a seamless Apex experience, ensure governance, and coach the CRM team towards high performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services with direct client management responsibility.
• Proven leadership of a client relationship or commercial team.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Executive presence.
• Understanding of fund administration and related services.
• Understands the business and its challenges, and can translate business needs into HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the CRM team.
• Oversee regional client relationships, governance and health.
• Drive revenue retention and growth, pricing and cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Ops, Product, and Finance for a unified Apex experience.
• Coordinate Executive Sponsor engagement across Tier 1 accounts.
• Embed CRM governance and account-planning standards; ensure escalation and risk management.
