Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Head of Client Relationship Management for North America, based in New York. You will lead the regional CRM organization responsible for client relationship excellence, retention and revenue growth across the US and Canada, driving the CRM model and senior engagement.
You will collaborate with Sales, Ops, Product and Finance to deliver a seamless Apex experience, ensure governance, and coach the CRM team towards high performance and client outcomes.

Salary ranges from USD $250,000 – USD $325,000. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
