Job summary

Apex Group in the US is seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationship management for Fund Administration PE clients. The role includes direct supervision of staff, and US GAAP & IFRS reporting for closed-ended fund structures including PE or Infrastructure.

You will help develop global client relationships, optimize service offerings, and prepare Financial Statements and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years’ experience in fund administration and accounting.
• Strong understanding of complex fund structures and accounting SME.
• Professional accounting qualification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship management for Fund Administration PE clients.
• Direct supervision of staff.
• US GAAP & IFRS reporting for closed-ended fund structures including PE or Infrastructure.
• Assist in developing global client relationships and optimizing service offerings.
• Production of Financial Statements and investor communications.
• Manage NAV preparation and review for PERE fund clients.
• Fund accounting and knowledge of investor reporting systems (Investran, eFront; ICX, IDX).
• Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies.
• Collaborate on integration of large fund administration mandates.
• Develop/ enhance Investran and/or eFront platforms; work with operational centers.
• Participate in ad hoc internal/global projects.
