Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Management to lead the North America facilities team, including the Jacksonville HQ. You will oversee hard and soft services, drive maintenance programs, and partner with partners and security to keep operations safe and efficient.

This leadership role requires strong facilities background, budget oversight, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support our business at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management or similar leadership role
• Experience implementing Health, Safety & Quality policies to ISO standards
• Project management experience preferred
• Professional membership in a relevant body beneficial
• Understanding of managing local budgets
• Service oriented and a team player
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Reliable, responsible professional approach essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ownership mindset: be proactive, collaborative and action-oriented
• Continuous growth mindset; seek learning through relationships and training
• Fluency in English and languages relevant to the market

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Facilities service teams (internal and external) to ensure smooth office operations
• Contract management at local level; monitor performance and KPIs
• Review and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
• Own relationship with building/property management, leadership and team members
• Liaise with landlords to ensure quality maintenance, repairs, and security services
• Be main point of contact for suppliers; supervise maintenance contractors and review service scope
• Guide facilities staff, vendors, and service providers; ensure coordination with minimal disruption
• Manage safe work permits and inspect work pre/post service/repair
• Ensure office compliance with health, safety and legislation
• Plan and implement conference and event solutions for business needs
• Involve in office-related projects from conception to completion
• Evaluate workspace usage to maximize capacity and adapt to team changes
• Partner with Director of Physical Security on emergency response and security incidents
• Oversee requisitions and purchase orders; coordinate with Finance and Sourcing
• Drive ESG initiatives and data collection for EST-related metrics
