Qualifications

• 15+ years of Real Estate/Facilities experience with at least the last 5+ years in a senior role managing critical facilities.
• Proven leader with experience building and leading a team of professionals overseeing outsourced project management arrangements.
• Deep understanding of mission critical equipment and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America critical facilities operations, maintenance, and safety oversight.
• Coordinate with vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure uptime and compliance.
