Job summary

Mindtrace Inc. is building a high-growth sales organization to accelerate adoption of NeuroForge™ in North American manufacturing. You will scale and mentor a direct sales team, close marquee enterprise deals, and establish channel partnerships with integrators.

Focus areas include automotive/EV, aerospace, defense, and heavy industries as Mindtrace moves from monitoring to autonomous orchestration. A start-up mindset with strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• MBA or technical Master's degree is a strong plus for bridging conversations with engineering-led clients.
• Total Professional Experience: 8–12+ years of B2B enterprise software or complex industrial technology sales.
• Leadership Experience: 3–5 years building and scaling a sales or business development team.

Responsibilities

• Scale and Lead the Commercial Function: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team with clear processes and targets.
• Drive Direct Enterprise Sales: Secure high-value direct contracts with major manufacturers and enable scalable channel partners.
• Target High-Impact Verticals: Focus on B2B enterprise sales within automotive/EV, aerospace, defense, and heavy industries.
• Consultative Value Selling: Guide complex buying cycles, promoting autonomous orchestration over monitoring.
• Ecosystem Partnership Alignment: Collaborate with integrators to position Mindtrace as the intelligent layer for future lines.
