Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to partner with the sales team and drive digital campaigns for brands like ORIJEN and ACANA. The role focuses on retail media, shopper marketing, and full-funnel strategies with Amazon and Chewy. Hybrid work from NY, CO, TN, or MO offices is offered.

You will analyze performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with agency partners to optimize spend and engage customers across North America.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the e-Commerce/Digital Commerce channel.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon and Chewy marketing campaigns.
Experience with retail media players including CPMs, targeting, measurement, and optimization.
Understand core digital and e-commerce business metrics and how to optimize against them.

Responsibilities

Own retail media performance and optimization; provide media strategy support and ongoing optimization.
Develop and execute audience targeting strategies and manage keyword bidding.
Develop and implement full-funnel shopper marketing strategies for Amazon and Chewy; plan, brief, create, optimize.
Build a plan to optimize retailer pages and Brand Stores with content and ratings/reviews; use tools like Salsify and Vendor Central as needed.
Monitor campaign performance; report on sales trends and ROI to leadership; optimize spend and growth.
