Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Manager to partner with the e-commerce sales team and manage digital campaigns with customers such as Amazon, Chewy and Petco. They will translate Champion PetFood’s North America Growth agenda into e-commerce shopper marketing plans that optimize full-funnel performance and engagement.

The role requires deep understanding of consumer behavior and the retail media landscape, with hybrid work from our US offices and collaboration with agency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in e-Commerce/Digital Commerce growth.
• 2+ years managing Amazon and Chewy marketing campaigns.
• Experience with retail media, costs, targeting, and measurement.
• Understand core digital/e-commerce metrics and optimization.
• Strong project management and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own retail media performance and ongoing optimization.
• Develop audience targeting and manage keyword bidding.
• Create and execute full-funnel shopper marketing for Amazon/Chewy.
• Optimize Digital Store and Brand Stores with content and ratings.
• Analyze campaign performance and report outcomes to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams and agencies.
• Provide insights to support annual business planning.
