Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking an experienced eCommerce Marketing Manager to partner with the e-commerce Sales Team. You will drive digital campaigns with Amazon, Chewy, and Petco, translating growth plans into shopper marketing strategies that optimize full-funnel performance.

You will collaborate with customer marketing teams and agencies, leveraging data to inform decisions, and you will report to the Director of eCommerce, Retail Media & Merchandising.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving growth in the e-Commerce / Digital Commerce channel.
• 2+ years managing Amazon and Chewy marketing campaigns with platform knowledge.
• Experience with retail media: CPMs, targeting, measurement & optimization.
• Understand core digital and e-commerce metrics and how to optimize them.
• Excellent project management in complex environments with budget control.
• Growth mindset and continuous learning culture.
• Proactive, action-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own retail media performance and optimization, develop strategy and planning.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and manage keyword bidding.
• Create full-funnel shopper marketing plans for Amazon and Chewy with agency partners.
• Optimize Retailer pages and Brand Stores, including content and ratings.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights to maximize ROI and sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Directors on opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and customers through storytelling.
