Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth in e-commerce or digital commerce.
• 2+ years managing Amazon and Chewy campaigns with platform knowledge.
• Understanding costs, targeting, and measurement in retail media.
• Grasp of core digital/e-commerce metrics and optimization.
• Excellent PM skills in a complex environment with budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own retail media strategy, planning and optimization.
• Develop audience targeting and bid management for reach and conversions.
• Lead full-funnel shopper marketing for Amazon and Chewy with agency partners.
• Improve Digital Store performance using retailer pages and Brand Stores.
• Analyze campaign performance to boost ROI and sales growth.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide insights for annual business planning and leadership presentations.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for campaigns.
• Drive test-and-learn roadmaps and knowledge sharing across NA.
