Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to partner with the e‑commerce Sales Team, driving digital campaigns with Amazon, Chewy, and Petco. The role translates growth strategies into shopper marketing plans, optimizing full‑funnel performance and customer engagement.

Based in our Louisville corporate office with hybrid schedule, reporting to the Director of eCommerce, Retail Media & Merchandising.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving growth in e‑commerce/digital commerce.
• 2+ years managing Amazon and Chewy campaigns with platform knowledge.
• Experience with retail media costs, targeting, measurement, and optimization.
• Understanding core digital/e‑commerce metrics and optimization.
• Excellent PM skills in a complex environment with budget discipline.
• Growth mindset; proactive, action-oriented, results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own retail media performance strategy and optimization.
• Develop audience targeting and manage keyword bidding.
• Execute full-funnel shopper marketing for Amazon and Chewy.
• Optimize Retailer pages and Brand Stores; manage content and ratings.
• Monitor campaign performance; report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing and account directors on opportunities.
• Drive Test & Learn roadmap and global digital marketing capability.
• Manage e‑commerce budgets and resources efficiently.
