Job summary
Champion Petfoods is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns with Amazon, Chewy and Petco, partnering with customer marketing teams and agencies to translate North America Growth into shopper marketing plans.
The role requires deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail media, and e-commerce tools; you will work from one of our corporate offices in Louisville, Nashville, NYC or St. Louis on a hybrid schedule and report to the Director of eCommerce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in e-commerce or digital commerce growth.
- ≥2 years managing Amazon and Chewy campaigns.
- Experience with retail media buying and CPM concepts.
- Strong project management skills.
- Growth mindset and proactive, results-driven.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize retail media performance.
- Develop audience targeting and keyword bidding.
- Execute full-funnel shopper marketing for Amazon and Chewy.
- Improve Digital Store and Brand Stores content.
- Analyze campaigns and report ROI and sales trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing.
- Support annual account planning and executive presentations.
- Manage e-commerce budget and resources.
