Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, channel management, distribution management, business development, or account management in electronics/interconnect industries.
• Experience with major distributors such as Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Mouser Electronics, DigiKey Electronics, Future Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with North American distribution partners.
• Develop and execute channel growth strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities through distribution networks and coordinate with internal sales teams.
• Drive distributor performance through reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and planning.
• Partner with distributor sales teams to develop account penetration strategies and support customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales performance, bookings, backlog, and market trends for growth.
• Conduct distributor training and product presentations to raise market awareness.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Regional Sales to support channel initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and provide regular channel updates.
• Represent FCI BASICS at customer visits, distributor meetings, and industry events.
