Nekoosa, a premier manufacturer of specialty print media, seeks a seasoned sales leader to run North American sales. You will direct a 6-person outside and a 2-person inside team, shaping growth strategy into frontline execution across distributors, converters, and accounts.

In this role you will drive net sales and unit growth, coach the team, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Pricing to optimize value and service.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales experience, with leadership experience guiding a team.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and volume growth.
• Strong people leadership and coachable team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American sales targets and forecasts.
• Lead and develop 6 outside and 2 inside reps.
