Job summary
Life Scientific is seeking a proactive Demand and Supply Chain Manager for North America to own end-to-end demand and supply planning, integrating data across Commercial, Customer Service, and Production. You will drive procurement, MRP execution, and supplier governance in a lean, entrepreneurially minded team based in North America.
You will collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Quality, Technical Operations and Finance to align regional needs with global standards, and you’ll shape the processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in supply chain, demand planning, procurement, or production planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and international logistics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own NA demand and supply planning integration with Commercial and Customer Service.
- Lead MRP execution, translate demand into schedules, and monitor OTIF.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, R&D, Quality and Finance for regional alignment.
- Manage supplier governance, performance, and qualification processes.
- Ensure SAP data accuracy (lead times, incoterms, terms) and reporting.
- Build relationships with Country Leads to support sales opportunities.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and regional process improvements.
