Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a senior Demand Planning lead for North America, owning forecast accuracy, inventory health, and replenishment strategies. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HQ to drive process improvements and cost optimization.

Responsibilities include leading local forecasting, managing inventory, and driving S&OP processes, with strong emphasis on analytics and stakeholder collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand planning, supply planning, or IBP experience.
• Strong data analysis, automation, reporting, and insights-to-recommendations.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with Power BI; ERP/MRP familiarity.
• Proven ability to lead improvements and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve local demand forecast using sales history, market trends, and BI tools.
• Manage replenishment and inventory planning to meet service targets.
• Lead forecast reporting and demand review sessions for S&OP.
• Support new product launches with demand-to-supply translations.
• Monitor supply chain performance and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Champion inventory health with monthly stock reviews and reporting.
