Job summary

HelloFresh in New York is seeking a Senior Manager of Long-Term Planning to architect North America market planning, aligning US and Canada with a structured 16–52 week horizon. You will drive S&OP adoption, coordinate with Planning, Fulfillment, Procurement, and Product teams, and guide the transition from manual tools to an integrated planning system.

You will champion process standardization, define KPIs, and influence executive decision-making on footprint, inventory, labor, and service

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with ability to solve long-term planning problems.
• Data-driven decision making across complex supply chains.
• Clear communication to Executive Team on risks and options.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead US S&OP design and implementation with monthly reviews.
• Own 16–52 week end-to-end planning horizon across networks.
• Set framework for long-term network strategy for US/Canada.
• Translate planning issues into P&L impacts and cost/service trade-offs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes.
• Define KPIs for planning accuracy, inventory health, and capacity.
• Evaluate build vs. buy for planning tools and automation.
