Candr Talent is seeking an experienced Research Manager to lead the North America research capability from Virginia. You will own research quality, market coverage and team performance, translating global strategy into regional priorities and actionable plans.

You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, present insights, and drive proprietary intelligence across the data centre ecosystem. A strong leadership and market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading research teams in a data centre or real estate/infrastructure context.
• Proven ability to translate global strategy into regional priorities and plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America research function, owning quality, delivery, coverage and team performance.
• Translate global research strategy into regional priorities and measurable expectations.
• Ensure regional data and insights are accurate, timely and aligned with standards.
• Manage team capacity, develop capabilities across recurring research and strategic projects.
• Build relationships across the North America data centre ecosystem to generate proprietary intelligence.
• Represent the business at industry events and contribute to market reports and thought leadership.
• Partner with Commercial teams, Product and Research Ops to improve datasets and methodologies.
• Communicate regional performance, priorities, risks and resource needs to global leadership.
