Job summary

Wayne Fueling Systems LLC seeks a North America Regional Controller to oversee accounting, reporting, controls, and compliance for U.S. and Canada.

You will lead the regional accounting team, partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A, and drive finance transformation and process improvements across a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role requires deep manufacturing accounting experience, strong technical accounting skills, and the ability to challenge processes to achieve better

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred) and 12–15 years in accounting/finance.
• Significant experience in a large multi-site manufacturing setting; public accounting a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and manufacturing accounting.
• Proven leadership of regional accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration across operations, supply chain, and FP&A.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP or similar also relevant).
• Ability to drive process improvements and financial transformation in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for North America with accurate results.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP and IFRS compliance where applicable and consolidate multi-plant entities.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with internal and external auditors.
• Establish and strengthen regional internal control environment and risk management.
• Lead and develop regional accounting teams and align roles with business priorities.
• Drive ERP optimization and finance transformation initiatives across the region.
