Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in community engagement, volunteer management, or related fields, including national or multi-site leadership.
• Proven success building and scaling engagement programs, volunteer systems, or grassroots initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and operationalize ideas at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive national community engagement strategy aligned with organizational growth goals.
• Build scalable systems for volunteer recruitment, onboarding, retention, and leadership development.
