Job summary

Institute-of-Mngt is seeking a Director of Community Engagement to oversee the global community network of chapters, councils and digital communities. The role drives strategic direction, engagement programs, and volunteer training across both in-person and online environments, with a focus on scaling and strengthening relationships worldwide.

Remote position with preference for candidates in the eastern US time zone.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in community engagement and association management.
• Experience scaling communities in both in-person and digital environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams and working across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Local and Digital Community Engagement for IMA.
• Develop enterprise community engagement strategy aligned with priorities and growth.
• Align community engagement with customer experience and external engagement goals.
• Partner with Marketing and Brand to communicate IMA education products and value proposition.
• Oversee campaigns to elevate IMA’s visibility, missions and impact globally.
