Qualifications
- 8–10 years in commercial operations, proposal development, or related fields.
- Experience leading commercial proposal development and pricing coordination.
- Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proven people leadership and cross-functional execution in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Commercial Operations team performance, prioritization, and proposal execution.
- Oversee LTSA and transactional opportunities from intake to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategy, timelines, pricing, and governance decisions.
- Develop pricing recommendations and manage governance through Grants of Authority.
- Analyze proposals and operational data to identify risks and improvements.
- Travel up to 15% to support sales, customer engagements, and trainings.
