Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Commercial Operations Associate Intern to support proposal development, pricing, and reporting across Commercial Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance and implementation teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to commercial operations in the power generation industry while building business analysis and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university program focused on Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Interest in commercial operations, proposal development, or sales support.
• Ability to prepare basic business communications and present information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development for regional stakeholders.
• Assist with market research, pricing, and process documentation.
• Coordinate inputs across Commercial Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and implementation teams.
• Assist with deal pricing and approval meeting preparations.
• Support presentations, customer meetings, site visits, and other commercial activities.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and verify data accuracy.
