Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. seeks a Commercial Operations Manager to drive strategies for large-scale power generation equipment and EPC projects. You will oversee bid strategy, proposals, contract negotiations, and commercial risk, partnering with internal teams and customers to ensure outcomes that meet objectives.

Travel up to 25% across the U.S. and Canada; Bachelor's in Engineering (MBA preferred) and 10+ years in commercial ops or contracts are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• MBA preferred for strategic commercial leadership roles.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with executive-level engagement.

Mansioni

• Review and interpret RFQs and serve as liaison with EPC clients and partners.
• Develop and execute winning bid strategies for scope, pricing, and service elements.
• Lead cost, risk review, and approval processes for proposals.
• Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate reporting of opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales to align deal information and strategy.
• Negotiate equipment supply and EPC contracts with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering and cost estimating teams to optimize proposals.
