Job summary

RSA is seeking a Director, North America Channel Sales to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of RSA's channel business across the United States and Canada. You will own channel revenue and build a world-class Channel organization in collaboration with distributors, regional partners, and strategic alliances.

The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven leadership, and the ability to create scalable partner programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience.
• 5+ years leading Channel organizations and managing Channel sales teams.
• Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems with distributors, national solution providers, regional partners, and alliances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North America Channel Sales strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Own revenue targets including partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and distribution-generated business.
• Lead executive business planning with partners and conduct QBRs to ensure alignment and growth.
