Job summary

RSA Security seeks a Channel Sales Executive to drive revenue through RSA’s channel ecosystem in the US and Canada. You will build pipeline, support partner-led opportunities, and expand RSA’s presence across enterprise and public sector customers.

Operate at tactical to strategic levels with RSA field sales and partner teams to execute go-to-market plans, position RSA’s identity-centric security solutions, and drive sustainable channel growth in North America. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber security market or enterprise tech sales.
• 5+ years experience in channel-led or indirect sales models.
• Experience with security integrators, resellers, or strategic partners.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and close opportunities through partners.
• Experience selling cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute North American channel sales strategy.
• Build relationships with national and regional channel partners (integrators, VARs, distributors).
• Support partner-led sales motions by identifying opportunities and progressing deals.
• Collaborate with RSA field sales for coverage and execution across named accounts.
• Contribute to joint partner account planning and go-to-market activities.
• Assist with partner enablement, onboarding, training, and positioning.
