Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking a part-time Nordic Lead to ensure an outstanding guest experience for Nordic guests. The role focuses on daily lodge operations, ticketing, rental, and retail sales, with RTP proficiency and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, assisting with lesson programs, and coordinating with the Nordic Manager on safety and staffing. Requires a high school diploma and Nordic ski knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a guest service-based position, Nordic setting preferred.
• High School equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow and give directions.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing duties of daily business and facilities.
• Efficient, accurate ticketing, rental, and retail sales.
• Provide support to Lodge Staff to carry out these tasks.
• Lesson Program sales.
• Advanced RTP experience is required to effectively book lessons in this role.
• Current computer skills are required, and RTP training will be provided.
• Answering a wide range of customer questions via phone and in-person with accurate information and friendly customer service.
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness of Lodge facility, and notifying the supervisor on duty when concerns arise.
