Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Nordic Outdoor Attendant to welcome guests on Nordic trails, monitor gate area safety, and handle ticketing issues. This outdoor role operates in all winter conditions and requires early starts, frequent shoveling, and strict adherence to safety and uniform standards.

Responsibilities include crowd management, guest assistance, and reporting any issues, with opportunities to assist indoors during afternoons. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Nordic ski proficiency required or preferred.
• Able to learn the resort POS program.
• Must be able to stand outside in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain gates and signs at Nordic trail access.
• Ensure clear entry/exit areas and safe conditions.
• Provide constant guest service and check for valid trail passes.
• Communicate effectively to manage large crowds.
