POWDR Corp. operates Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon, seeking a snow grooming associate to maintain Nordic ski and snowshoe trails. The role emphasizes safe operation of grooming equipment, trail maintenance, and coordination with the Nordic Center team.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license, have snowmobile experience, and be able to endure winter conditions while delivering consistent trail quality for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating snowmobiles.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and skate Nordic skiing.
• Ability to work in harsh winter conditions and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Groom and compact snow using snowmobile drag and track setting equipment.
• Set and maintain snowshoe trails after storms.
• Assist with Nordic Center events and trail prep for races.
• Observe safety protocols and communicate grooming status to Nordic Manager.
