Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Nordic Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Nordic Lodge, ticketing, rentals, and ski school programs. The role requires a passion for Nordic skiing, strong leadership, and superb guest service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

You will supervise a diverse team, coordinate with cafe and event staff, and ensure safety and high-quality service across all Nordic Center functions. Full-time seasonal position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service-related positions preferred.
• Managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Nordic Center work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Nordic Lodge and programs.
• Oversee Nordic ticketing, rentals, and retail activities.
• Supervise Nordic Ski School scheduling and instructor assignments.
• Coordinate with Cafe, Staff, and Event teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain safety, training, and performance reviews for Nordic staff.
