Job summary

POWDR's Mt. Bachelor Nordic Center in Bend, OR seeks a Nordic Lead to ensure outstanding guest experiences across ticketing, rentals, and retail. This non-supervisory role requires proficiency in RTP systems, strong attention to detail, and superb customer service. Hours may fluctuate with the winter season.

The position emphasizes Nordic skiing enthusiasm, facility operations knowledge, and collaboration with the Nordic Manager and Supervisors to support daily operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a guest service-based role.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Nordic skiing and facilities operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee Nordic Lodge daily operations.
• Open/close daily business and facilities.
• Maintain ticket, rental, and retail sales accuracy.
