Job summary

Nordic seeks a Delivery Executive responsible for the overall delivery of services for a group of high-complexity Managed Services accounts. You will own the client relationship with Nordic and drive performance, end-user experience, and financial outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Global Delivery Leaders, and execute account plans to address customer needs while optimizing resources and ensuring strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's with 8–11 years of related experience; Master’s with 6+ years is acceptable.
• Deep experience in IT contract management.
• Experience with IT service lines at Nordic.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Budgeting and P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services for high-complexity Managed Services accounts.
• Own the client relationship with Nordic.
• Lead matrixed delivery teams and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Leaders and Client Partner Executive.
