Job summary

Nordic is seeking a senior consulting leader to provide project oversight and strategic delivery on Epic-related implementations for Nordic clients in the United States and abroad.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and present to C-suite executives, while delivering high-quality solutions aligned with client strategic plans and KPIs. A strong healthcare background and Epic experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least one Epic certification preferred, but not required.
• 15+ years of experience with healthcare systems.
• 5+ years Epic implementation experience required in a director or project management-level role.
• Direct experience working for Epic preferred.
• Rev Cycle experience and/or new Epic add-on module experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and skillset.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic project oversight and delivery plans across multiple workstreams at client sites.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, change orders, and risk trackers.
• Deliver status reports, milestones, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Present to executive-level clients and facilitate meetings with independence.
• Develop and customize project documents, tools, and communications for Nordic clients.
