Job summary

NMIC (Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. You’ll collaborate with program teams to drive effective use of data for service delivery and reporting.

Responsibilities include user support, training, data quality, and partnerships with an external implementation team for rollout and migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in nonprofit NPC/NPSP environment.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Data Loader or Data Import Wizard, reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce: flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets.
• Provide helpdesk support and user training for Salesforce.
• Maintain data quality and governance across NPC/NPSP.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for program performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with implementation partner for rollout activities and data migration.
