Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Database Administration, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Data Architect, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or SQL are strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM administration, data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and data migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce AMS/CRM software ensuring data integrity and validity.
• Train staff on technology and data management procedures.
• Develop and administer fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, triggers, and other Salesforce objects.
• Troubleshoot AMS/CRM performance issues and coordinate with vendor support.
• Lead migration projects from AMS to Salesforce and manage related deliverables.
