Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the nonprofit cloud environment and related data systems. You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making and ensure high data quality and reporting effectiveness.

The role focuses on system administration, user support, data governance, and analytics, with a hybrid work arrangement – one day onsite per week in New York City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong understanding of core Salesforce administration functions.
• Experience with Flow Builder (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows).
• Experience with user management, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
• Experience with custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, formula fields, and dashboard filters.
• Experience with data imports/exports using Data Loader and related tools.
• Data quality management, validation rules, and deduplication processes.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Experience supporting and training end users.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce configuration, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and related functionality.
• Assist with testing and deployment of new platform features.
• Support sandbox management and release processes.
• Maintain strong security practices and data governance standards.
