Job summary

LHH is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a on-site contract role in Oakland, CA to support a nonprofit client. You will bridge operational needs with Salesforce capabilities, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and assisting end-users to drive adoption.

Responsibilities include data management, process improvements, testing, training, and documentation. 3–7 years of experience and Salesforce admin certifications are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years as a Salesforce Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, reports).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate into Salesforce specs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Manage data accuracy, imports/exports, and data hygiene.
• Analyze processes and suggest Salesforce-based improvements.
• Oversee UAT and feature deployments.
• Provide training and ongoing end-user support.
• Document configurations, processes, and user guides.
