Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, educational programs, project management, or nonprofit operations.
• Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, and event-related financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms; CRM or registration system experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and support occasional evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute patient symposia, webinars, and educational programs from planning through completion.
• Manage event logistics, including registration, vendors, budgets, participant communications, and onsite support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for venues, vendors, speakers, partners, and participants.
• Support educational initiatives, volunteer programs, SunAWARE™, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain program documentation, tracking systems, educational resources, and event records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
