Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a direct-hire Education Event Associate to join our client in Washington, DC. This mission-driven nonprofit delivers education and resources to the community and healthcare sector, with a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

You will coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, manage budgets and vendor relations, and track outcomes for internal stakeholders. Hybrid work, 2 days on-site weekly, with a salary between $60K–$70K and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of program or event coordination experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in DonorPerfect, Microsoft Office, and virtual event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, webinars, and symposia.
• Manage event budget, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Handle outreach and volunteer engagement opportunities.
• Serve as liaison to outside vendors, managing contract negotiations and timelines.
• Track systems and reports for each event and present to internal stakeholders.
