Beacon Hill is seeking a Nonprofit Program Associate for a temporary-to-permanent role in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on coordinating patient symposia, webinars, and educational programs, with travel and evening/weekend event support.

The candidate will manage logistics, vendor relations, budgets, and communications, acting as the main point of contact for venues and speakers, while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years in event coordination or nonprofit operations.
  • Experience planning in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing budgets, invoices, and event finances.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms; CRM/registration systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and support occasional evenings/weekends.

About The Job
  • Coordinate and execute patient symposia, webinars, and educational programs from planning through completion

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for venues, vendors, speakers, partners, and participants

About You

About The Position
  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • $23-$30/hr
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility for events
  • Approximately 20% domestic travel required
