Overview
Our client, a national trade association, is seeking a Foundation Program Coordinator to join the team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for foundation programs and research initiatives, including meetings, schedules, and communications
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Draft summaries, briefing materials, and external communications related to foundation work
- Support fellowship and scholarship programs, including applications, reviews, and cohort coordination
- Assist with preparation for Board meetings, including Board Books and presentation materials
- Provide administrative support including billing, scheduling, agendas, and action-item tracking
- Assist with foundation events, including planning, attendee logistics, and follow-up
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or project tools a plus
- Professional discretion and comfort handling confidential information
Position Details
- Start date: ASAP
- Hourly: $29-$31/hr
- Converting to a salary between $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
