Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and other regulations.
• Manage program and financial compliance for grants, budgets, and audits.
• Lead site operations and collaborate with national Operations team.
• Design and update programs to meet client/community needs.
• Prepare reports for funders and regulators.
• Oversee grants management and reporting with national departments.
• Monitor budgets and ensure proper allocations and internal controls.
• Coordinate payroll, procurement, and site expenses with HR and Accounting.
• Support recruitment, training, evaluation, and staffing processes.
• Maintain site licenses, permits, and insurance certificates.
