Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years nonprofit operations experience.
• Experience managing publicly funded grants and contracts.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational initiatives, grant-funded projects, contracts, and agency-wide operational activities including First 5 Sonoma County initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project work plans, timelines, deliverables, reporting requirements, and tracking systems.
• Strengthen organizational systems, policies, procedures, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support grant and contract administration by monitoring deliverables and reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate with Program Directors, Fiscal staff, and leadership to ensure alignment with work plans and funding requirements.
• Coordinate meetings with funders, partners, and RCCS leadership; represent RCCS as assigned.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, performance tracking, and continuous quality improvement.
• Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking, purchasing, and financial reporting.
