Job summary

U.S.VETS is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee site operations, ensure program and fiscal compliance, and support services at the Waianae site. You will work closely with the Executive Director and the National Office to align operations with funding requirements and organizational goals.

The role focuses on governance, grant administration, budgeting, internal controls, and collaboration with multiple departments to maintain service quality for veterans and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in managing grants, finances, and compliance in a nonprofit setting is preferred.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational integrity and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Drive grant performance, audits, and balanced budgets across programs.
• Lead site operations and coordinate with national offices and funders.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and expense controls and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with HR on payroll, staffing, and personnel files.
• Ensure data quality for reporting and compliance across programs.
