Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in operations or organizational management, preferably in nonprofit or human services.
• Experience supervising staff and managing organizational operations; strong financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational functions, ensuring service delivery aligns with agency mission and safety standards.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, and office systems to support staff work.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with PA and NJ requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare operational and financial reporting for leadership and board of trustees; assist with budget and planning.
• Collaborate on program launches, research, evaluation, and fundraising-related operational support.
• Engage with community stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and support fundraising efforts.
