Job summary

After-School All-Stars in Philadelphia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee office operations, finance, and HR-related projects for the local chapter. The role requires coordinating with the National office on invoices, payroll, and compliance while maintaining systems and processes for the organization.

You will lead finance reconciliation, HR recruitment and documentation, and day-to-day office administration, collaborating with programs and national teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, conscientious, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines.
• Capable of working independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance reconciliation and expense tracking for the chapter.
• Manage HR processes including recruitment and compliance.
• Oversee general office operations and communications.
• Support special projects and collaboration across ASAS networks.
