Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable operational workflows and maintain CRM integrity.
• Maintain structure within the Community Network platform.
• Coordinate key ministry initiatives and translate decisions into plans.
• Track ministry engagement metrics and build dashboards.
• Lead operational planning and coordination for retreats.
