Job summary

Unclassified in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Operations Coordinator to support its nonprofit fundraising call center. You’ll help manage staffing, campaigns, systems, and client onboarding, working closely with leadership to keep multiple initiatives moving forward.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and able to learn new technology. Nonprofit experience is a plus but not required; ownership and accountability are highly valued in a full-time, daytime role.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or related roles.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational processes and priorities.
• Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and ongoing staffing needs.
• Learn and manage systems and technology used to support fundraising operations.
• Coordinate campaign setup, workflows, scheduling, and related processes.
• Monitor activity and help identify and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate new client onboarding and campaign launches.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow-up across ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of additional operational projects as needed.
