Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Solution Engineer to act as a trusted advisor across the US, developing innovative Marketing Cloud-based solutions for nonprofit-focused customers.

You will shape go-to-market strategies, create assets, and collaborate with sales, services, product, and customer success to deliver complex, data-driven marketing architectures. The role requires 5+ years in solution engineering, strong personalization and loyalty domain expertise, and exceptional presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering with focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
• Proven track record of driving ACV growth through Martech solution selling with focus on personalization and loyalty for Enterprise customers.
• Strategic vision for leveraging Marketing Cloud capabilities to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
• Thought leadership in marketing technology through presentations, white papers, or industry events.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and customer success to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Experience as an Enterprise Specialist Solution Engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
• Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions and high-level architecture design.
• Background in nonprofit management and understanding of industry trends.
• Excellent presentation skills with storytelling ability for stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative problem solver who can lead and prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development: uncover challenges and goals with stakeholders to develop a solution and roadmap.
• Build: demonstrate with software demos and rapid prototyping using Marketing Cloud.
• Deliver: present to C-level audiences with persuasive storytelling.
• Learn: stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and industry trends.
