Harc, Inc. in Hartford, CT seeks an IT Support & Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-site technology resource and liaison with Protected Harbor. You will handle day-to-day end-user support, asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and access coordination.

The role involves supporting technology projects, cybersecurity, and process improvements while maintaining accurate records and working with HR, leadership, and vendors.

Formación

• Two or more years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Windows, devices, and basic networking.
• Experience using IT ticketing or service-management systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with multiple stakeholders.
